Description
GP-50-A is a high performance, water-based release agent containing 50% by weight of a modified dimethyl silicone fluid. GP-50-A is recommended where a higher level of release performance is required, such as multiple releases. GP-50-A is a fine particle size emulsion compounded to provide exceptional stability both as a concentrate and at all dilution levels with hard or soft water.

GP-50-A is to be used as a mold release agent for the following types of parts:

Processing and Safety Guidelines
GP-50-A may be applied by spraying, swabbing or dipping. GP-50-A is stable indefinitely and does not require premixing. If contacted with eyes, flush with water. For additional safety information, refer to Safety Data Sheet.
Packaging/Handling/Storage
GP-50-A is available in 5-gallon (18 kg.) pails, 55-gallon (200 kg.) drums and 330-gallon (1240 kg.) totes. Do not freeze. Do not store above 80° F.
