Description
GP-527 is a stable emulsion of a high viscosity hydroxyl terminated dimethyl silicone polymer. GP-527 contains 35% by weight silicone polymer, along with nonionic and anionic emulsifiers, allowing stable dilutions in both hard and soft water. GP-527 contains no solvent or volatile organic compounds, containing only water as a carrier. The following list summarizes some of the special features of GP-527:

Applications
GP-527 is especially well suited for use as an ingredient in formulations intended for rubber and plastic lubrication and release agents. The reactive hydroxyl functionality also provides a method of curing applied coatings, suggesting applications in fiber and textile treatments. GP-527 can also be used as an additive for car polish formulations.
Processing and Safety Guidelines
GP-527 may be applied by spraying, swabbing or dipping. GP-527 is stable indefinitely and does not require premixing. If contacted with eyes, flush with water. For additional safety information, refer to Safety Data Sheet.
Packaging/Handling/Storage
GP-527 is available in 5-gallon (40 lbs.) pails, 55-gallon (440 lbs.) drums and 330-gallon (2640 lbs.) totes. Do not freeze. Do not store above 100ºF.
