GP-215 is a 100% active Nonionic silicone polyol block copolymer. GP-215 contains polyoxyethylene(EO) - polyoxypropylene(PO) copolymer blocks and dimethyl silicone polymer blocks which are joined through non-hydrolyzable silicon to carbon bonds. GP-215 exhibits inverse solubility versus temperature characteristics, becoming insoluble in water as temperature is increased to approximately 40° C (104° F). This property suggests use as a defoamer for hot aqueous surfactant solutions. GP-215 contains no functional groups and is chemically inert, and essentially non-toxic. GP-215 is supplied in 5-gallon (40 lbs.) pails, 55-gallon (465 lbs.) drums and 330-gallon (2790 lbs.) totes. Moisture Sensitive. Keep containers tightly sealed. Store below 100° F.
